where faith and love MEET in "hope"
Live streaming on Sermon Audio at 10:30am Sunday and on Zoom at 9:15am Sunday and 7pm Wednesday.
For us to become a believer or grow as a believer, we must first hear from God. How we come to understand and recognize God's voice is discovered among the pages of God's Word - the Bible. When we learn how to read the Bible and understand its message, we will discover not only God's voice, but who God is, His plan for our lives and how we can live life with a sense of direction and purpose. It is for these reasons and many more that we place such a high priority on learning and understanding God's Word. Every Sunday morning you will hear God's Word shared in a simple, relevant and easy to understand way. Every Wednesday night you will study the Bible looking at each verse for keys that will unlock God's truth. If you're looking to recognize God's voice in your life, if you've been searching to know God for yourself, come join us as we journey through the pages of His Word to a truth that will set you free.
WHAT WE ARE ABOUT WHO WE ARE WHAT WE ARE DOING
Jesus Christ is our Savior. His death on the cross reveals both His love for us and the sacrifice He made for our forgiveness. In Him we find a peace and strength in times of trouble and a hope this world could never offer. He sets for each of us the perfect example for how to live and how to discover the joy in life. We truly believe He is God's gift to every heart that will believe and trust in Him. We believe that He is the truth you've been searching for.
We are the church, but we are not a building or a steeple or a window filled with stained glass. Instead we are people who have been joined together by a common faith in Jesus Christ. As His body, we believe that we have been called to touch each heart we meet with the life saving, life changing Gospel of Jesus Christ. Who are we? We are the church of Jesus Christ, we are His hand extended, hoping to touch the heart of each person we meet.
What is darkness? It is simply the absence of light. In the beginning there was only darkness, then God said, "Let there be light" and the darkness vanished. It is our hope, as we follow the example Christ set for us, to become that light in the midst of the darkness. For it is only in His light that you will find the joy and the peace and the hope that you're searching for. So join us and let us show you the way out of the darkness and into His marvelous light!
